RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS - RFP 02-05 - NATURAL GAS

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent, via RFP 02-05, solicited proposals for
procurement of Natural Gas, and

WHEREAS, said proposals were opened, but no action was forthcoming, and

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has recommended that all proposals received
in response to RFP 02-05 be rejected,

RESOLVED, that all proposals tendered to the Purchasing Agent, in response
to RFP 02-05, hereby are rejected, and

FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Purchasing Agent hereby is authorized and
directed to provide notification of said rejections as appropriate.

RESOLUTION ADOPTED with Aye(1215).  Supervisors Brodie, Mancini, DiMezza and Quackenbush were absent. (5/24/2005)
