RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS COURT ORDERED FORENSIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (MENTAL HEALTH)

WHEREAS, the Director of Community Services recommends transferring funds to pay for the forensic psychiatric hospitalization of a patient as required by the New York State Mental Hygiene Law, and
WHEREAS, the budgeted appropriation for Court Ordered Services has been fully expended, and we still owe the NYS Office of Mental Health $ 8,146.90,
RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer hereby is authorized and directed to amend the 2013 Operating Budget as follows:
