RESOLUTION AMENDING 2013 OPERATING BUDGET - WEIGHTS AND MEASURES

WHEREAS, the vehicle for the Director of Weights & Measures was in for service and needed additional repairs done, and
WHEREAS, funding is needed to cover the cost of the additional repairs that were required to be done, and
WHEREAS, departmental revenues have already exceeded the budgeted amount for 2013 that will more than cover the cost of the repair.
RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer hereby is authorized and directed to amend the 2013 Operating Budget, as follows:
