RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN RENEWAL AGREEMENT M.M. HAYES – ID BADGE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (PERSONNEL)

WHEREAS, the Personnel Officer is requiring a Maintenance Agreement for the Identicard IVIS Plus Badge System, Software, Digital Camera, Badge Printer, and Door Access System, Hardware and Software,
RESOLVED, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, following review and approval by the County Attorney, hereby is authorized and directed to sign a one-year renewal maintenance agreement for the Identicard IVIS Plus Badge System and Door Access System with M.M. Hayes, at a cost not to exceed $8,321.00, for the period commencing on September 1, 2012 and ending on August 31, 2013.
RESOLUTION VOTE, passed with Aye(1609). Supervisors Stark and Sweet were absent. (6/26/2012)
