RESOLUTION AMENDING 2012 OPERATING BUDGET & ACCEPTING GRANT FUNDS (SHERIFF)

WHEREAS, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was awarded grant funds from the Governors Traffic Safety Committee for STEP enforcement in the amount of $4,620 and BUNY enforcement in the amount of $837.00, and

WHEREAS, the County Treasurer is hereby directed to amend the 2012 Operating Budget as follows:
INCREASE REVENUES:  
     
A-15-3-3389 Public Safety Comm System $ 5,457.00 
     
INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS:     
     
A-15-4-3110-00.1212(1111) Overtime Pay$ 5,457.00
