RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC HEARING FOR AD VALOREM TAX - MONTGOMERY COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT # 1 (BOARD OF SUPERVISORS)

WHEREAS, Resolution 154 of 2010 approved of Capital Projects to perform needed upgrades at the Montgomery County Sanitary District #1, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 193 of 2010 authorized the issuance of bonds to finance a portion of the cost of Capital Projects needed at the Sanitary District, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required to inform Sanitary District Real Property owners of an Ad Valorem Tax on their 2012 County Tax Bill,
RESOLVED, a Public Hearing is scheduled for Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 8:00 am at the Edwin D. Pellegrini Administration Building located at 28 Old Station Road, Nelliston New York 13410.
