RESOLUTION AMENDING SOURCE OF FUNDING FOR MICROWAVE SYSTEM - SHERIFF

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions no. 119 of 2009, 115 of 2010 and 189 of 2010 the Board of Supervisors authorized the purchase of a new Microwave System, and

WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors have now decided not to fund the cost of the Microwave System project with the use of Fund Balance,

RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is authorized and directed to arrange for preparation of appropriate legislation authorizing bonding for said Microwave System project.
