RESOLUTION ADOPTING RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

RESOLVED, that the Rules of Procedure, attached hereto, hereby are adopted by the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors for 2011, or until amended by Resolution.
MOTION TO AMEND by Supervisor Stagliano, seconded by Supervisor Greco,to move the Youth Bureau/ACSD from the Health and Human Services Committee to the Public Safety Committee and delete the title Solid Waste Coordinator from the General Services Committee, delete the Safety Officer from the Public Safety Committee, delete the Mobility Coordinator from the Economic Development Planning Committee and change the word Planners to Planning under the same Committee and to delete the title of County Administrative Officer from the Education Government Committee passed with Aye(1868).
