RESOLUTION APPOINTING BUDGET OFFICER

WHEREAS, Article 7, Section 351 of County Law provides that the “Budget Officer” shall mean the Chief Fiscal Officer of Montgomery County, and
WHEREAS, said Chief Fiscal Officer of Montgomery County is the County Treasurer, and
RESOLVED, that ______________________, is hereby appointed Montgomery County Budget Officer for a term commencing on January 1, 2011 and ending on December 31, 2011 at a base salary of $10,000.
MOTION TO AMEND by Supervisor Quackenbush, seconded by Supervisor Strevy, to insert the name Shawn Bowerman passed with Aye(1868). (1/1/2011)
