WHEREAS, Montgomery County has been notified of the 2004-2005 State Fiscal Year Medicaid Intergovernmental Transfer (IGT) dollars to be funneled through the County's Medicaid and Montgomery Meadow's accounts during November 2004,

RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2004 Operating Budget as follows:

A-18-3-2772         Miscellaneous State Bond Act                   $1,275,042

Appropriations
A-18-4-6011-00-6102 Social Svcs Programs Medical Assistance-MMIS   $1,275,042
