RESOLUTION NO. 160 of 2004 DATED: June 22, 2004

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent solicited bids for qualified providers to supply and install radio equipment and services (Bid #05-04) to update radio ability in the western part of Montgomery County and the Public Safety Facility and

WHEREAS, said bids were opened on February 26, 2004, and

WHEREAS, the Sheriff has reviewed the bid documents and recommended that award be made to Pittsfield Communications of Cobleskill, New York, the lowest responsible bidder,

RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors hereby awards Bid #05-04 to Pittsfield Communications of Cobleskill, New York.

MOTION TO AMEND by Supervisor Dybas, seconded by Supervisor Cechnicki, to insert a FURTHER RESOLVED clause as follows:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to amend the 2004 County  Operating Budget as follows:
