Copies of the 2021 Tentative Budget are available in the Clerk of the Legislature Office and may be inspected or procured thereat by any interested person Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.

2021 Montgomery County Legislature Salary
Chairman of the Legislature $15,000
Members of the Legislature (8) $10,000

In conjunction with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.15, extended by Executive Order 202.60 this hearing will also be held electronically via teleconference on October 22, 2020 at 6:00 pm.  Members of the public may participate in the public hearing by attending or by calling 1-669-224-3412, Access Code 276-393-701. Minutes of the hearing will be transcribed and later posted on the Montgomery County website at www.co.montgomery.ny.us
