The EI program helps
children aged birth to three with a developmental delay or disability. With the
help of a family service coordinator, a family who has concerns about their
child’s development can get a screening or evaluation by an approved provider.
If corrective services are needed, the program also arranges or provides for
those services. There is no direct charge to parents for any of these services.
