CHRONIC DISEASE
There are many different
chronic diseases. If you need more information about a chronic disease, we may
be able to help you. Call for more information. In addition, blood pressure screenings
are conducted at various sites throughout the county. Montgomery County Public
Health is part of the Fulton, Montgomery, Otsego, Schoharie Healthy Living Partnership,
which provides diabetic education to those in need. As a member of the Pediatric Asthma Coalition of the Capitol Region this multi-county grant is working to educate
professionals and the community about asthma.
