THE "MAX" RETURNS TO IT'S REGULAR SCHEDULE ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd

Starting on Tuesday, September 2nd, the Montgomery Area Express, ("The MAX") will return to its normal schedule. The main change is for the morning Run 3 (western run) which will leave: St. Johnsville at 7 a.m., Fort Plain at 7:15 a.m., Palatine Bridge (Price Chopper) at 7:20a.m., Canajoharie at 7:30 a.m., Fultonville at 7:50 a.m., Fonda at the Annex Building at 7:55 a.m., and will arrive at the County Office Building at 8:00 a.m. The morning Run 3 (eastern run) from Amsterdam will leave Riverfront Center at 7:30 a.m. and arrive at the County Office Building at 7:55 a.m. and the County Annex Building at 8:00 a.m. The afternoon times will not change.

The MAX will also not be running on Monday, September 1st due to the Labor Day holiday.

Doug Greene, the MAX project manager said, "We're still encouraging people to fill out our on-line survey. Our office has gotten a good response from a bus ridership survey that was sent to all County Employees and we're in the process of evaluating the feedback to help us make more future adjustments to our schedule. We are still accepting surveys for anyone wanting to participate."
